RAINMEN TO HIT NEW HEIGHTS WITH LATEST ROSTER ADDITION  |

 Halifax Rainmen owner, Andre Levingston, announced today the team has signed former LA Laker, Larry Turner. “We are extremely excited to have Larry as part of our team,” said Levingston. “He brings much-needed size, rebounding and shot blocking.”
The former Oklahoma and Tennessee State centre signed with the Los Angeles Lakers right out of college. At 6’11” and 255 pounds, Turner has since played with teams in Spain, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.
“As we gear up for the end of the regular season and prepare for our run at the championship in the playoffs next month, our timing with signing Larry is bang-on,” adds Levingston.
