The Halifax Rainmen defeated the Dayton Air Strikers by a score of 147 to 132 on Friday night in front of 2,832 fans.

The leading scorer for the Rainmen was Desmond Ferguson who scored 32 points in the win. Ferguson hit ten threes and went seven for seven in the second half. Also putting up big numbers in the win was Trayvon Lathan with 30 points, and Danny Sumner with 24. Kavon Jones and Taliek Brown scored 21 points each. 

On Tuesday, the Rainmen will travel to Saint John where they will look to secure the PBL's final playoff spot over the Mill Rats.

The Rainmen will return to the Metro Centre on Thursday, March 31 at 7 pm, where they will close the regular season.
