 May 1 & 2, 2010 … The Halifax Rainmen will play host to the first Premier Basketball League (PBL) All Star game. Some of the best players in North America will land in Halifax to dazzle and entertain basketball fans alike.
"I'm extremely excited to bring this great event back to our wonderful city," said Rainmen owner Andre Levingston. "Our organization along with our great partners will make this an all star game to remember. We are also pleased to announce Rogers as the presenting sponsor for our All-Star weekend. "
All-Star weekend promises a high octane, fun filled weekend with the best players that the PBL has to offer. Join us for two days of high flying basketball action including the ever popular three point and slam dunk contests. Then watch the battle royale as the best players face off for the game of the century. Exhilarating action, interactive games and live performances, plus tremendous prizes to be won.
